I met Floor Martens in Berlin. I found her professional journey inspiring as she switched from government employee to entrepreneur in order to fit to her natural talents.

She is now a companies' advisor and peoples' coach. One of the principle she applies to help organizational change is called Theory U. It has been developed by Otto Scharmer to help political leaders and managers break through past unproductive patterns of behavior that prevent them from empathizing with their clients' perspectives and often lock them into ineffective patterns of decision making.
